Erica Bech is a Brooklyn-based creative director, world builder, and designer. Their practice is built on a 15 year foundation shaping narrative, expression, and campaigns across brands including MTV, Nike, Instagram, and Cash App. Trained as an executive coach with a passion for being in service to their creative community, they bring a combination of creative inquiry and depth facilitation to every experience.
